Title Transfers 

Needed items: 

1. Original title, NO copies
2. Valid PA driver’s license or ID for Buyer
3. Proof of current insurance with the buyer’s name listed on it (No Insurance, No Problem...We can help, just click on the Insurance tab at the top of the page)
4. Registration of license plate number when transferring your own license plate
5. Seller(s) MUST be present (with valid ID) unless signature is already notarized for all PA titles

**Additional items could be needed depending on specific situations** 

Instant Registrations

             Renewals – proof of current insurance for the vehicle is needed, VIN on proof must match.

Duplicate registrations – VIN and license plate number are needed

Notary 

A notary is always available during normal business hours -- NO appointment is necessary.  Valid government-issued identification is needed for all notary acts and the signor must be present.  You should also be prepared to bring necessary witnesses for any documents requiring them.  Please feel free to call us with any questions. 

The notary fee is $5 per stamp. 

We accept Cash, Credit, and Debit for all notary and title transfers without any additional fees.  NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY TITLE WORK. 

We as a notary, reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
